Occupy Wall Street Incident Report

One-Stop Source For Updates On The Antics Of Professor Warren’s Intellectual Offspring

BOSTON – As Professor Warren’s disciples get back in the headlines with more disorderly behavior, the Massachusetts Republican Party is BRINGING BACK A SPECIAL EDITION OF THE “Occupy Wall Street Incident Report.”

Today’s special edition includes reports of Occupy protesters throwing a smoke bomb at the White House and assaulting a police officer in Washington D.C. Also today, the Boston Herald uncovered that one half of the Occupy mayhem match made in heaven turned out to be a level three sex offender who camped out in Boston’s Dewey Square for months.

AP: “An apparent smoke bomb was thrown over the fence of the White House as hundreds of Occupy protesters massed outside the gates. … Ogilvie says there were 1,000 to 1,500 protesters at one point. He said something appearing to be a smoke bomb was thrown over the fence and that the device was being removed.”

Washington Post: “By mid-afternoon Tuesday, four people had been arrested — U.S. Capitol Police said — one for allegedly assaulting a police officer and three accused of crossing a police line.”

Boston Herald: “Good details — but the story failed to mention one big one: Robert ‘Red’ Stitham, the 25 year-old beau whose relationship with Anya Karasik, 18, is the focus of the piece, is a Level 3 sex offender. … In 2007, a Barnstable County jury convicted Stitham of two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, and he was sentenced to 18 months with time served, court records state.”
